Another project the club is involved with is the Beads of Courage (BOC) boxes. Throughout the year CFWT members make the BOC boxes. The boxes are collected and are managed locally working with local children’s hospitals, where they are given to cancer patients.
As the children/patients go though their journey, they receive beads to commemorate their operations and treatments, and they use these boxes to hold the beads they receive for reaching milestones in their treatment regimen.
